Natural meadow and forage grass, can be ensiled in the post bloom period. The feed crops can be corn, sorghum, sudan grass seed, sunflower, wheat, barley, oat and such agricultural materials.

Corn silage is the first thing coming to mind when silage feeds are mentioned about. It is such an easily ensiled plant that gives silage about 10 tones under well- maintanence conditions. As it is compared with Hungarian vetch; silage about nearly 15 tones can be made in total.
Wheat, barley, oat, and Hungarian vetch silage can be made in winter. If clover, Hungarian wetch, oat mixture and such plants tend to rot due to rain, then the initial and final state of clover should be silaged.
