Following the contract signed with CTR, the Good Agricultural Practices (ITU) certification process started in cooperation with Çamlı & Pınar Et at the date of September 2019.
Çamlı Feed Animal Husbandry Co., one of the group companies of Yaşar Holding, which has achieved many firsts in the agriculture, animal husbandry and fishery sectors since its establishment, has successfully passed all inspections of the turkey farm, hatchery and feed business.
Within the scope of the process, company officials participated in Good Agricultural Practices, Basic First Aid and Hygiene, Basic Occupational Health and Safety trainings and were informed about animal welfare, hygiene, occupational health and safety, growing conditions, use and management of chemicals. In addition to these trainings organized for companies; Important issues such as the rules to be followed during entry to the farm and in the farm area, breeding period, occupational health and safety, and good agricultural practices were explained to the poultry breeders and caregivers.
Controls of 58 contract turkey farms in 4 provinces, was carried out considering criteria such as cultivation and maintenance conditions, farm infrastructure, environment, occupational health and safety.
