Organic dairy farming is a controlled and certificated production type and made with the nature friendly production methods. Producing organic milk and organic milk products sufficiently, benefiting from soil and plants suitable to the biological cycle in highest levels, providing long-term usage for the forage and soil structure, minimizing waste and pollution, protecting genetic variability and offering riskless products to consumers are the main targets of organic dairy farming. In other words; protecting environment is primarily important for animal health and welfare instead of milk efficiency and low cost in this system. Accomodation, breeding, feeding, brood selection, fertility and such applications are efficient on animal health and welfare.
