A Good Cooperation Between Çamlı Yem And Yaşar University In Agtech7 Agriculture Project!

Çamlı Feed and Fattening, which started its activities in 1983 under the integration philosophy of Yaşar Group and has been continuing to lead in the fields of compound feed, aquaculture, turkey breeding, organic dairy farming and plant nutrition, is currently signing a European Union project with the new collaborations it has developed.

"Agtech7: Agri-Food Businesses, Academy and Investment Angels Information Alliance Project developped for the Food and Agriculture Technologies Education Programme, is held in partnership of Yasar University and Çamlı Feed from Turkey, Novi Serbia Sad University and BioSense Institute from Serbia, Maastricht University from the Netherlands, European Business Angels Network from Belgium and South East Europe Research Center and Neuropublic from Greece. The project received 893 thousand 455 Euros support within the scope of Erasmus +, data analytics (FMIS) for farm management information systems, Blockchain technology applications for the agri-food value chain, innovative applications specific to agro-food in agricultural financing and insurance activities, internet of things and satellite systems, efficiency and yield enhancement methods, artificial intelligence applications in agriculture food supply chain management optimization, neuromarketing for personal branding and changing feeding styles, and lean startup method and agro-food entrepreneurship training will be designed for participants in the fields of fast development techniques. The trainings will appeal to both university students and professionals working in the sector, investors and young entrepreneurs.

At the end of the project, theoretical and applied knowledge will be presented with new educational technologies in the Open and Distance Education Platform. This online platform developed by Yaşar University, targets to access information easily. The project will also host a comprehensive international agri-food education conference where the future of the agri-technologies sector will be discussed.
