The production facility of Pınar Balık located in Çeşme Ildırı, has been certified by a nongovernmental and non-profit organization Friend of the Sea aiming the protection of the habitat in sea and oceans all over the world. Pınar Balık has taken its place amongst nearly 50 institutions having this certificate worldwide.
Having carried out the first integrated culture fishery facility and first culture fish production in Turkey, Pınar Balık has once again proved that it does not harm natural sea life in places it manufactures and conducts sustainable production. Having succeeded with full marks from environmental impact assessment, Pınar Balık creates difference within the sector by producing sea bream and sea bass without GMO, by keeping under control the environmental impact of feeding, without leaving a mark on natural life and without affecting sea bottom.
