Under the leadership of Institute Pınar, 1400 breeders will receive training in the second phase of the project named “The Future of Our Milk is in Conscious Hands” which is implemented with the aim of training the raw milk producers about animal health, animal feeding, hygiene and sanitation.
The project which began with the participation of 2600 milk producers in Milas, Muğla was brought also to Eskişehir under the leadership of Institute Pınar and with the cooperation of Provincial Directorate of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, Breeding Cattle Breeders’ Foundation of Province Eskişehir, Eskişehir Region Limited Liability Livestock Coop. Foundation and Milk Producers’ Foundation of District İnönü as well as Pınar Süt and Çamlı Yem Besicilik.
With regard to the project, Feyhan Yaşar, Vice President of the Executive Board of Hedef A.Ş., stated: “Thanks to this model, İzmir became the capital of milk production. After then, we brought this mode to Eskişehir and a similar economical effect also happened in this area. We set an example for the whole sector with this model. Now, we set about to create the value, which we have already created for Aegean and Central Anatolia regions, also in South Anatolia. We will show a sustainable business model to the producers in this region by means of our factory in Şanlıurfa.”
