Organized every year by the International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi - International Taste and Quality Institute), headquartered in Belgium, since 2005, nearly 10,000 products from more than 130 countries have been evaluated and the owners of taste and quality awards have been found this year. 2,218 products from around the world were evaluated by the world-famous Chef & Sommelier jury.
In the organization of 2021, in which scores are made through digital applications and the results are shared with the participants via online platforms, Turkey's first aquaculture producer Çamlı Yem Besicilik A.Ş. has been awarded the "Superior Taste Award" for the third time for Pınar Balık brand sea bream and sea bass, produced under the assurance of Yaşar Holding. and earned the right to have the International Taste and Quality license for 3 years.
Having brought many firsts to the sector by establishing Turkey's first integrated aquaculture facility, Çamlı Yem Besicilik represents the Turkish aquaculture sector in the USA, Europe, Russia and the Middle East markets with its exports of more than 30 million dollars in the category of fresh fish products and continues its activities in this field.
