Pınar Fish aims to increase its’ export capacity in Middle east with its’ halal certificated sea bass, sea bream and shade-fish products.
Çamlı, which has established the first integrated aquaculture production facility of Turkey, gained Halal Certificate with its’ Pınar Fish brand under the ‘sea bass’, ‘sea bream’ and ‘shade-fish’ product groups.
Pınar Fish, has the Food Safety Management System and its’ production processes are controlled by GIMDES, SMIIC, TSE and some other associations which are members of HELALDER. It has certificated that it makes halal production within Islamic rules.
The representatives of Çamlı, layed emphasis on the positive effects and competitive advantages of this ‘Halal Certificate’ and they mentioned about their targets to increase the export capacity especially in the Middle East market.
