Seafood Expo North America, which is one of the most important aquaculture fairs in the world and held in Boston, brought the whole sector together as every year it does.
Çamlı, which has established the first entegrated aquaculture facility of Turkey and registered its’ environmental friendly production with the belonging ‘Friend Of The Sea’ certificate, met its’ friend of the sea awarded sea bass and sea bream with the sector professionals and potential buyers in the fair. It hosted the visitors in its’ attractive booth with the aim of increasing export volume in the USA market about 37 billion dollars.
As being the vice president of the Agriculture, Livestock and Fishery Group of Yaşar Holding; Hasan Girenes, said that they export fresh fish to many countries such as Canada, Qatar, Italy and Saudi Arabia and stated the export volume of Çamlı as 30 million dollars.
Nearly 1330 companies from 49 countries attended the fair and Çamlı, draw a great attention of all attendies and visitors with its’ specially designed and fresh delivery-themed booth which emphasised that the Pınar Fish branded sea bass and sea bream were being delivered to customers abroad in less than 36 hours.
By the year 2019, Çamlı is targeting to expand the exporting markets additionally to the available markets such as the countries located in Europe, North America and Middle East, deliver its’ fresh fish to more customers and continue to be the leader of the sector by increasing its’ popularity internationally.
